Solana tax export

A full year of your Solana wallet, as a CSV your tax software accepts.

Paste a wallet address and pick a calendar year or a UK tax year (6 April to 5 April). You get every swap, transfer, SPL token movement and network fee as a CSV, laid out in Koinly’s Universal format, CoinTracker’s import template or CoinLedger’s Universal Manual Import template. Pick the one your software uses; all three open in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Public address only, no wallet connection
  • Up to 4,000 transactions per export
  • 3 USDC per wallet-year, verified on-chain

Koinly format uses Koinly’s Universal CSV columns. CoinTracker and CoinLedger formats use each tool’s exact template headers and MM/DD/YYYY dates in UTC. One payment covers all three.

Live example

What the rows look like.

Calendar year 2025 for a public wallet, GfrTZsuPApN2oX4nxeDuEWpFT2UMTFmigmHgKv9XernG, read live from mainnet. It is a Squads multisig used by the Jupiter DAO’s Core Working Group, whose payments are published on the Jupiter DAO forum. It is an arbitrary example, not a customer, and we have no connection to it.

How it works

Preview first. Pay only if it looks right.

01

Paste an address

Pick a calendar year (UTC) or a UK tax year. The free preview shows the latest rows of that year and a net-flow summary.

02

Pay 3 USDC

With Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or any Solana Pay wallet, or the exact USDC amount shown on Base.

03

Download and import

The CSV downloads as soon as the payment confirms. In Koinly, add it as a custom CSV. In CoinTracker, go to Wallets, Add wallet, then CSV. In CoinLedger, upload it under the Other Account tab.

Pricing

One price per wallet-year.

Questions

Common questions.

Which software does the CSV work with?

You choose the layout before you preview. Koinly format follows Koinly’s Universal template (Date in UTC, Sent and Received Amount and Currency, Fee, Label, Description, TxHash) and Koinly imports it as a custom CSV. CoinTracker format uses the exact header row from CoinTracker’s CSV guide (Date, Received Quantity, Received Currency, Sent Quantity, Sent Currency, Fee Amount, Fee Currency, Tag) with dates as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS in UTC. CoinLedger format uses the exact header row of CoinLedger’s Universal Manual Import template, optional columns included, with MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS dates in UTC and the Type column filled in. Awaken has its own template, so for Awaken you would need to rename and reorder columns in a spreadsheet first.

How does the CoinTracker file show swaps, rewards and fees?

A swap is one row with both the sent and received side, which CoinTracker reads as a trade. Staking rewards get the staking tag and airdrops the airdrop tag; everything else is left untagged, as CoinTracker’s guide asks. A transaction where only the network fee left your wallet is written as a small SOL send, because CoinTracker needs a sent or received amount on every row; you can recategorise it after import. Long-tail tokens appear as their mint address, which CoinTracker may ask you to map to a custom currency once. The CoinTracker template has no column for the transaction hash or description, so those stay in the Koinly version. Our CoinTracker import guide walks through it step by step.

How does the CoinLedger file fill the Type column?

CoinLedger needs a Type on every deposit and withdrawal. Swaps are Trade. Staking rewards are Staking and airdrops Airdrop. Every other incoming transfer is Deposit and every outgoing one is Withdrawal, which CoinLedger treats as moves between your own wallets. If a row was really income, a payment or a gift, change its Type before you import. Unused columns stay blank, as CoinLedger asks, and each row keeps its Solana signature in TxHash. Our CoinLedger import guide covers the details.

What is included?

Every successful transaction in the year where your wallet’s SOL or token balances changed: swaps (one row with sent and received), transfers in and out, airdrops, staking rewards and the SOL network fee you paid. Wrapped SOL is merged into SOL. Failed transactions are skipped.

Why do some currencies show as a long address?

Major tokens (USDC, USDT, BONK, JUP, WIF, JTO, mSOL, jitoSOL and others) are named. Long-tail SPL tokens are written as their mint address so they can never be confused with another token using the same ticker. Koinly lets you map them once.

Do you support the UK tax year?

Yes. Pick “2025/26 UK tax year” and the file covers 6 April 2025 to 5 April 2026, cut at midnight UK time, so one 3 USDC export matches the period HMRC asks about for Self Assessment instead of two calendar years. Dates in the file stay in UTC, which is what Koinly, CoinTracker and CoinLedger expect. Our UK Self Assessment guide covers the HMRC deadlines and records.

Do you calculate my gains or tax?

No. SolLedger produces clean transaction data; your tax software prices it and computes gains for your jurisdiction. This is not tax advice.

How is payment verified?

Each order gets a unique Solana Pay reference key. Our server finds the confirmed transaction containing that key and checks it moved at least 3 USDC to Bx9Fq6sNBR6fhE5Auw8A9N6mwHLERrhYWcC8gLGtQAut. Base payments are matched by the unique amount on your order (for example 3.004217 USDC) sent to 0x51dec2df04885ba291fc56125dd7c7d85a8ce44e.

My wallet has more than 4,000 transactions in a year.

The file then covers the most recent 4,000 and says it is partial. For very active wallets, email chris@gptshopltd.com before you pay.

Do you store my data?

No accounts, no wallet connection, no stored history. We only read public blockchain data for the address you enter.
